The Aspen Horizon 627 offers the lowest profile design of all Horizon products. The Horizon 627 LSO back brace provides excellent support and pain relief. Utilizing the widely praised Slick-Track™ tightening system, the Horizon 627 creates the needed circumferential compression proven to increase trunk stability and relieve targeted pain for patients recovering from surgery or injury

Providing anterior and posterior motion restriction, the Horizon 627 Lumbar Orthosis is the perfect blend of comfort and support, promoting a rapid recovery and return to mobility. Designed to relieve acute and chronic low back pain, the Horizon 627 provides a therapeutic level of compression for patients recovering from surgery or injury. Its low profile design can be comfortably worn underneath clothing.

The Horizon 627 is one-size adjustable and comfortably fits waists from 61-127 cm ( Up to 177 cm with extension panel ). Like all Horizon braces, the Horizon 627 LSO can be stepped down to the Horizon PRO (Pain Relief Orthosis) for treatment of recurring back pain.

  • A built-in targeted independent tightening mechanism allows patients to localize compression where they need it to support fatigued muscles that spasm.
  • Integrated anterior panels disperse pressure and naturally conform to each patient's anatomy to help increase comfort.
  • Its reliable structural integrity provides stability and maintains structural integrity to help ensure effective compression and flexibility.

The Aspen Horizon 627 offers a universal fit for 61-127 cm

Available Horizon Extension Panels for 127 - 177 cm
