Comfortable, durable, versatile option for patients suffering with the discomfort caused by plantar fasciitis. Posterior night splints are the #1 choice of Medical Professionals because the anterior shell and adjustment straps provide more support than traditional dorsal night splints. Plantar fasciitis is a frequent cause of heel pain in athletes, as well as in persons who are not involved in sports. Stretching, strengthening, correction of training errors and orthotics are essential components in any treatment program. For patients who do not respond to these interventions, posterior night splints may reduce the need for invasive therapies such as corticosteroid injections and surgery.

Not good for me

The hard back does not allow the front of my foot to be bent upwards It is not good for “drop foot” patients. Save your money.

Kept me awake

The splint delivers as advertised. My first step on the floor was completely without pain, however the discomfort of wearing the splint in bed prevented me from falling back asleep. Ultimately I’ve chosen to not wear it because I need my sleep more than I need to prevent heel pain. It is light, but a little clunky.
